Launch Marketing Manager

Plenty Health Technologies builds consumer health brands for Latin America. Our first brand, Niva (getniva.mx), is a digital health marketplace for supervised, GLP-1 assisted weight management in Mexico.

We are a small, remote-first, async team. We need one person to own our storytelling strategy and craft Niva’s marketing approach.

About the role

You will run Niva’s marketing from launch through the first months of growth. You start with social, content, and agency coordination, and grow into owning performance marketing strategy and budget. You will work directly with the founders.

What you’ll do

• Shape Niva’s launch marketing plan with the founders: positioning, messaging, channel mix, and calendar
• Direct a Spanish-first content program across blog, social, and email
• Manage our brand and paid media agencies with clear briefs, fast feedback, and weekly performance reviews
• Keep every ad, claim, and piece of content within Mexican health advertising rules, in coordination with our medical director and legal counsel
• Grow into owning performance marketing strategy and budget as the channels prove out

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on performance marketing experience (paid social, search, email/CRM, and analytics)
• A strong social and content track record, with the drive to grow into owning strategy and budget
• Native Spanish with excellent writing, and professional English for working with the founders
• Experience with client and agency relationships
• Sound judgment on regulated claims, including knowing when a piece needs review before it goes live

Nice to have

• Marketing experience in health, wellness, pharma, or another regulated consumer category in Mexico
• Startup experience
• Familiarity with AI tools for content production and management

Plenty is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in the Americas. You can work from anywhere. We value independent focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person.

• Independent contractor, full-time, remote-first
• Term: starting as soon as possible, through March 2027
